My Sister, Mother and I took a VIP tour with George as our guide. We had the best time with him, learning the history of the Ryman, country music, the Opry and the eclectic nature of Lulu. Go and book a VIP tour with George. You’ll love it!
Peter Frampton was absolutely brilliant in his final tour performance! We nearly cried when he, supported by a cane, shuffled onstage. That disease may have taken some lower body function away, but his magic fingers, his zest, personality, love of performing showed through in a beautifully magnificent way! We WILL go see him again as soon as humanly possible, hopefully again at The Ryman! Live long and prosper, PF, you’re truly a jewel!
I recently took a tour of the Ryman auditorium. I thought I knew about country music history and the Ryman. I didn’t! The story about the history of how the Ryman auditorium came to be, is just as exciting and amazing as the Ryman itself. Our tour guide Mason, provided one of the best tours I’ve ever had. His knowledge was excellent and he told the history very well!
Come see the Ryman but take the tour. Walking out on that stage was a bucket list as I thought about all the great singers who sang on that stage. I will be back to take that tour again! Thank you Mason for the excellent tour!
